Announcement: NSF AuthenTechnologies Launches Client Portal

The NSF AuthenTechnologies new Client Portal is ready to launch! We are making available our new Client Portal, which we think is going to provide a very valuable service to our clients.

To get started please:

  1. Visit and click the “Don’t have an account? Get Started” link or visit us at and get started using the “Submit a Sample” button.
  2. You will fill out the application form with the Primary User, Invoicing, and Results contact information, then hit “Submit.”
  3. The Primary User will receive an account activation email with an activation link.  Once this is clicked, you will be able to login to your account.

Once you are logged in, you can use the menu bar on the left to access orders, submit samples, review/edit profile information, and communicate requests/inquires to the lab. By clicking on individual orders, you can check your samples’ status and download certificates for completed samples.
