NSF International aims to become the premier provider of DNA-based identity testing services
NSF International aims to become the premier provider of DNA-based identity testing services through high quality scientific methods and exceptional customer service. To that end, NSF International has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 17025:2017. The purpose of the QMS is to ensure that the Company: (1) meets or exceeds the requirements and expectations of its customers, (2) continuously monitors, measures and improves customer satisfaction, and (3) continuously monitors, measures and improves its own performance. The QMS is designed to assist with the identification, interaction, control, monitoring, analysis and improvement of all key business processes. Through meeting these objectives, NSF International seeks to manage the effective implementation of its laboratory testing and research services. Management commitment to the development, implementation and improvement of the management system in a manner that will meet internal and external quality standards (i.e. ISO 17025) is demonstrable through the continual communication of quality requirements, establishing and support of quality policy and objectives, the full participation in management reviews, and the provision of appropriate resources. Meeting these standards is the responsibility of the entire team and all personnel concerned with testing activities within the laboratory must be familiar with all Company quality documentation and implement these policies and procedures in their work.
